How verified reviews work
We wrote the rules before the first review. Today there are no published reviews on ServiceJacket, and we will never fill the gap with invented ones.
Who can review
- Attended the session
Reviews open only after a session ends.
- Proved it
A completion certificate or confirmation from your agency or the provider.
- Reviewed by a person
Each review is held as pending until attendance is confirmed. Nothing publishes automatically.
What we never do
- Write, buy, import or AI-generate reviews
- Let providers pay to remove or edit reviews
- Show star ratings from fewer than 3 verified reviews
- Publish names of other students, instructors' personal details or tactics that should stay private
- Show your email. It's used once to verify, then removed from the review
Published reviews

Honest count. The first reviews will come from sessions that ended after launch.
Provider replies
Providers can post one public reply per review after claiming their page.
Disputes
Flag a review through the contact form. We look at evidence, not who pays.
